make a significant impact on conservation and education
We invite groups, schools, and businesses to partner with the Wildlife & Outdoor Recreation Foundation and make a significant impact on conservation and education. By partnering with us, you'll support vital programs that protect natural habitats, promote sustainability, and inspire future generations to care for our environment.
We partner with groups, schools, towns, organizations and corporations who want to restore balance to our environment.
Groups & Schools
Our partnership can provide educational opportunities, promote biodiversity, and strengthen local ecosystems by engaging students and the community in meaningful conservation work.
Middle & High Schools
Middle and high schools can form meaningful partnerships with the Wildlife & Outdoor Recreation Foundation through the in-school native plant propagation program. This initiative educates students on the vital role native plants play in local ecosystems, fostering a deeper understanding of biodiversity and conservation.
Students will gain hands-on experience cultivating native plants, from seedling to transplant, while learning about their environmental benefits such as supporting pollinators and preventing erosion. By actively participating in plant propagation, students become advocates for conservation within their communities, promoting sustainable practices and contributing to habitat restoration efforts.
Colleges
Colleges can partner with the Wildlife & Outdoor Recreation Foundation to engage students in hands-on conservation efforts, such as removing invasive plant species and planting native vegetation. These partnerships provide students with valuable field experience, where they can apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings, enhancing their technical skills in habitat restoration, ecology, and environmental management.
By working alongside conservation professionals, students gain insight into sustainable land management practices, while contributing to critical efforts that promote biodiversity and ecosystem health. This collaboration fosters a meaningful connection between academic learning and environmental stewardship, empowering students to become active participants in conservation initiatives.
Towns, Communities & Organizations
Together, we can ensure a healthier, more vibrant environment for future generations to enjoy.
Towns, communities, and organizations are invited to partner with the Wildlife & Outdoor Recreation Foundation to strengthen local conservation efforts and promote outdoor education.
